We send our products with the Swiss Post. The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days. Note that the delivery will take place from Mondays to Fridays.

• HOW I WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
  You receive a notification via e-mail when your purchase is dispatched, at that time you will also receive the tracking number from us.
• CAN I SEE WHERE MY ORDER IS?
  As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an email with further details on the delivery date. In this email you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact transport status of your shipment online.
• DO I HAVE TO PAY COSTS FOR MUTLIPLE ORDERS?
  If you choose the "standard delivery" option, you do not have to pay shipping costs because they are always free of charge. However, if you have selected the "Express Delivery" option, you must pay the shipping costs for each individual purchase. Furthermore, an order cannot be combined with another order after it has been completed in the online shop.
• DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?
  Goods ordered at www.wolfordshop.ch can only be delivered to the recipient in Switzerland. Customers from other countries have the opportunity to order from the Wolford online boutiques serving their country.
